Oh god I am so tired!! I bought a groupon for a gym in my area and I started today. Yesterday was my evaluation and turns out I am really out of shape, my cardio was poor, my push ups were poor (I could only do 1), my body fat percentage was poor, etc.
I weighted 142.4lbs. I want to be at least 125lbs, i could go a bit lower but I would be happy in that weight. That means I am going to try a loose 17lbs. Hopefully I am able to loose at least 8-10 lbs in 4 weeks.
I am very excited. This means I will be in shape soon and for summer I will have a rockin' body!
On Tuesday I will go to Pilates classes and then to a nutrition specialist to set a diet that's appropriate for my condition and goal.
Go me! Thank god tomorrow will be my rest day and then on Monday back to the gym!
